Can I book by rooms?

Villa Tartaruga is an ocean view, 8 Bedroom private home,  in that sense the villa must be rented as a unit, it means when you book it you have a full villa and no other guests outside your party share the private space with you. During the Summer season, we provide an Special offer to book only 4 Rooms of the villa for a reduced rate.

Do I have to pay extra fees?

There are some extra fees that apply for your stay as Food & Beverage insumes, tips, addittional services such as Spa treatments, beauty services that you would like to received at the house and any additional activities that you plan during your stay provided by third partners (external vendors). 

Can I change my reservation?

Yes, reservations can be change to a different and available date when required. If change is made under the corresponding time (at least 45 days prior arrival) or Force Majeaure apply (extraordinary event or circumstance beyond your control prevents you from travelling), all deposits work as credits for 1 year (12 months period). 

What happens if the hosts cancel?

Even though is highly unlikely for us to cancel a previously confirmed booking, in case a cancellation occur by the owner, we will first try to look for alternate dates that work for both client-Owner, in case there is no viable solution by both parties, we proceed to return all deposits received and cover any extraordinary expenses the client incur.

What happens if a guest damages the property?

All damages that occur in the property while we host a guest and that is not provoque by any staff member of the villa, would be the responsibility of the guest.
